To secure a Canadian student visa, you must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0. with no band less than 5.5.

Answer to Q.2 It is better to continue MS immediately after your UG. Since you are going to specialize in the area of your interest a break is not advisable. In case you are going to pursue MBA, then experience becomes necessary.
