Unlocking GRE Success with UrbanPro's Expert Coaching Introduction: As a seasoned GRE tutor on UrbanPro.com, I understand the importance of comprehensive coaching in achieving success in the GRE. UrbanPro stands out as a trusted marketplace for GRE coaching, connecting students with experienced tutors and coaching institutes for effective online preparation. Can I take the GRE as a paper-based test? Overview: The GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is primarily administered as a computer-based test (CBT). However, in certain regions where computer-based testing is unavailable, the GRE General Test is offered as a paper-based test. Key Differences: Format: Computer-Based Test (CBT): The majority of GRE exams worldwide are conducted on a computer, allowing for adaptive testing and immediate score reporting. Paper-Based Test (PBT): In areas without CBT availability, the GRE is offered in a traditional paper format. Sections: CBT: Comprises sections like Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing. The order may vary based on the test-taker's preference. PBT: Generally includes sections on Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing, but the order is predetermined. Score Reporting: CBT: Scores for the computer-based test are available immediately after completing the exam, except for the Analytical Writing section, which takes a few weeks. PBT: Score reporting for the paper-based test takes longer, usually around 5 weeks, as the answer sheets need manual scoring. 1. so what is the minimum time required to prepare for the Graduate Record Examination . 2. Also what in your opinion is the right way - directly after B tech or get into job and then go after 1 year or 2 years ?
Answer to Q.2 It is better to continue MS immediately after your UG. Since you are going to specialize in the area of your interest a break is not advisable. In case you are going to pursue MBA, then experience becomes necessary.
