Best way to prepare vocab , by extracting word used now a days on the news paper and to make self words collection and try to use those words.....

All are good. one must need to do a lot of practice for vocab.

I recommend Barron and Manhattan both. Go for Manhattan app and Barron book: Barron`s Essential Words for the GRE .
