I started doing yoga 6 years back when I was dealing with some personal loss. After doing yoga I found inner peace and a state of mental calmness that I never felt before and I was also able to recover from that low phase of my life. And since then I have never looked back. I'm so grateful to have found yoga in my life.

Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning union. It is a union of mind, body and soul. Also it is a journey of finding inner peace. Practising yoga has many long term benefits. It makes our body flexible, builds up our immunity system, helps in curing long term ailments like thyroid, blood pressure, migraine, joints pain etc., improves blood circulation in the body and also helps in reducing stress.
