Everyday do meditation Minimum 15-20 mins ,twice a day..and increase the timing day by day as well as.

First do all pranayama properly with techniques and hold timing in kumbhak...then increase time in inhale and exhale,then slowly slowly go to meditation with see your breathe with proper inhale and exhale,then start your meditation practice 🙏
