For teachers, some of the hurdles include keeping students engaged and focused, dealing with technical issues like connectivity problems, and finding it tough to gauge how well students are understanding the material. They also have to manage screen time effectively and handle the workload, all while missing out on those important non-verbal cues and interactions that happen in a physical classroom. 

Students, on the other hand, often struggle with staying motivated and avoiding distractions, dealing with their own technical issues, and missing out on hands-on experiences and social interactions. They might also find it hard to get immediate feedback, which can be a bit frustration.

Yoga itself mean one and union. so it's just like the everything you eat for nourishment is food. Likewise everything you practice for nourishment is yoga.
