i am mca passout. was placed in lnt infotech. they are making excuses but giving me the joining letter. what should i do now. how can i get into the IT sector

Start a fresh.Go to the company talk to the HR.Find out the details.Please dont give excuses if you are not able to meet Hr of Int Infotech.Show them you are interested. If things are closed as per this company or if they are not recruiting further, apply else were and get a job. Best Wishes

Hello, I am B.Tech graduate in CSE from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Delhi with 82%. I am getting placed in TCS as Assistant System Engineer. I don't why I am rejected from Top Most IT Industry HR/Managerial Interview. As, I have always cleared technical interview. I need some guidance related with HR/Managerial interview to enhance my attitude according to them. And now I am not happy with TCS. I want to switch from this either with higher studies (MBA/MS) or better job.
