0I see most freshers after their education explore employment. Some get lucky and majority doesn't. Success depends upon 1% aptitude and 99% attitude. But current education system always focus on aptitude. Anotherside of the story is that not every are employee material but still they follow the crowd and join employment and fail to realize why am I not growing in career. Only if they realize there are million ways to make living or follow dreams other than employment. Only if we start arranging a buffet kind options for us before we even prepare to make choice from those options.
As we are not clones of a single template to compare and compete. We are unique creation by god competition and comparision are wrong yard stick of measuring our success or our dreams. Only if all freshers decides to understand their personal strengths and start playing their strengths. Because since history of human race, no individual, family, community, organization or nation has grown my playing their weakness. For growth playing strength is only option. I recommend we understand ourselves more than understanding outside world.
Life is all about choice. What you choose is what you get? Just that we need to zoom out the life, get out of our comfort zone to improve our exposure to understand how many choice we have. Then there million possibilities. Sky is the limit.
