Hi, I have done my B.Tech in Electrical Engg. in 2010 and after that also completed 6 months course of PLC & SCADA. In 2012-16, I have completed M.Tech in Electrical Engg. Please suggest me what can I do to get job in reputed company and how to improve my basic knowledge related to my study ?

Why dont you try to find out the career profile matching for you instead of technology first?... Even in PLC or engineering you may find various kind of job profile which even includes a designer, developer, manager, business manager etc.. Consult a counsellor to find out your future career

You should also work on improving and refining your Resume/CV for each of the job application you make - as it is common that people do not draft their CVs, considering the core skills required for the job.
