I started off my career as an engineer in the field of Semiconductor with a Japanese MNC, Zdrive Software Pvt Limited where as I learnt the most important aspect of Japanese culture i.e. ''Close to Perfection'' during that phase along with Japanese Culture I started handling Customer Relations Management and due to competence I used to take training sessions for colleagues. Subsequently I moved in Sasken communication Technologies Limited where I continued my journey as Design Engineer, Customer Relations Management and Training.Same year I got an opportunity to get associated with a NGO young Jains of India where i completely moved into Human resources as talent management and talent acquisition were among the most important assignments for projects. Subsequently i started freelance consulting in Strategy, Learning and Development, Talent acquisition and Talent management.
Currently i am associated with several start up companies as consultant and some of the renowned names as free lance trainer other than this i am associated with one of the premier engineering hub of Rajasthan as corporate communication head and Head Training and Placement where as i am handling Industry Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Vendor management, Learning and Development etc.
I believe in the fact that education is a never ending process so I try to learn new things as and when I get opportunity.
