I am a BTech graduate working in a BPO. I am not very good with programming but I want to leave BPO and get a good job now. Since I am a graduate in BTech(IT) I think I will have to look for Software jobs (otherwise I would be forced to join a bank or other govt jobs by the family, which I don't like).
