To change from a learner to a tutor account on UrbanPro, go to your 'Account' settings or Profile section. Look for an option that says 'Become a Tutor' or 'Switch to Tutor'. You will need to provide your teaching details, subjects, and experience to complete the tutor registration. Once verified, your account will be active as a tutor.

Tutor partnership is basically a paid promotion system on urbanpro. it allows tutor to buy coins to get more students and higher visibility on a platform. it is legit but its optional you don't need to pay to create a profile or start teaching. Paying just increase your chances of getting more student and more visibility.
