He has a taste for both Carnatic classical music and contemporary fusion music. He started his music career at the age of 9. He has also composed music for short movies and has played live music for various theatre groups like Yours Truly & Tramps. His interests include playing Carnatic classical music, Carnatic fusion, symphony and violin covers. I have been training students in Western Classical Violin for the past 20 years and more. My strength lies in improvising a given piece of music, which I have learnt through experience. My pedagogy includes learning through ear training and through reading notations. On the other hand, I am also in teaching Vocals and looking at today's generation I have completed my grade 8 in Trinity Rock and Pop Vocals, which helps me in preparing the criteria required to do well in the exams and also as a performer. As mentioned above I have been a private tutor for 30 yrs and also have been teaching in schools for the last 19 yrs, which includes nine years in a reputed IB school. My expertise also lies in Choir work, and I have been working voluntarily as a choir director for the last 15 years. My creativity lies in creating music out of anything, which includes, any given object, body percussion, beatboxing etc. So, I would look forward to students who would like to develop their musical skills and be creative.

I have done my Diploma in Music from Trinity College London and now i am a full time freelance teacher. I believe Music is the food to soul and it gives us immense joy, don't you agree with me? I teach Western Violin and It is considered one of the rarest instruments to master. I also sends students for Trinity and Royal School Examination and believe that it is important to assess yourself sometimes if not regularly. Examination not only gives us a Certificate but also shows us our capability and skill. But it is not the only thing.. There are various purpose of an examination. My father, a well known violinist and harmonium vidwan nadajyothi b.Raghuram, mother veena vidushi hema raghuram. I am a child prodigy, started learning violin and karnatic classical vocal at an early age of 3 under the unique guidance of her father. I started giving concerts with my father as well as solo concerts at the age of 7. I attained proficiency in music at a tender age of 12. I started receiving scholarship during the year 1999, for my extraordinary talent in music by ccrt, govt. Of india for over 9 years. I won several prizes in the inter-school, inter-college music competitions and prathibha puraskara from dept. Of kannada and culture, govt. Of karnataka, karnataka sangeetha nruthya academy, rangapriya samskruthika vedike and many more. Several cds of my playing with her father have been released. These cds are well received by music lovers and critics. I have also performed for dooradarshan and all india radio for children program and youth program. I have accompanied her father and many other well known artists and toured all over india for concerts. I have also travelled united states to spread the knowledge of music through teaching and performing concerts.
