Cultivate a habit of yoga and pranayam, by doing kapalbathi pranayam regularly it helps you to maintain your body at a stable and proper weight while following this you should take guide of an instructor. Hope it helps you increase your weight.

Hi piyush, you just have to change your food habits reduce your weight from junk foods you should start eating food with more fibre and carbohydrates like raw vegetables reduce the sugar as much as possible, and to increase you metabolism drinking Aloe Vera juice in morning and night would be help full , drink regularly up to 3 to 4 liters of water, cultivate an habit of drinking warm water with honey in the morning it helps you reduce your weight and regular jogging and yoga is must and its an added advantage.
