I am doing Yoga since I was a kid, my Yogic journey is inspired by Ancient
Gurus like Patanjali and Modern like Iyengar. So most of my work is their believe which are effective and timeless.
The kind of yoga which I incorporate in practice are basics- Asthanga Yoga,Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga.
Along with Resting and Meditation technique after the Asanas such as Bandhas, Mudras, Chakra, Sounds Chanting and Shava Asana in order to compile and get the best results.
I also give proper guidance to time, attire and diet when the practice is regular.
I got best result of my practices on well known Medical Practitioners in India(Doctors are the worst patient, although), by helping them to do Asanas.
During practice I emphasize on theory about the science of Asanas, Mudras, Chakras.
I believe that Yoga is not just Physical Exercise but it has Mental, Emotional and Spiritual dimension as well, to which a practitioner experiences
consequently. Thanks.
