The online sessions offer a wide range of training programs from Power Yoga, to Vinyasa Yoga, or sessions like Couple/Partner Yoga, Face yoga, Yoga for Senior citizens, Chair Yoga for corporate professionals, Pranayama, Meditation & Chakra balancing.
I also teach Mandala, Neuro-graphic & Zentangle arts as a meditation technique to relax, get a sense of calm, peace and balance, aiding emotional well-being.
