"I am Sanjith, 20 years old; I was never interested in yoga as I thought it was just meditation and I could do it at home; so did not believe in its healing properties. But when I started getting pain in the lower right abdomen and having consulted doctors who said it could be an inflammation of the appendix (Appendicitis). I was very scared. And then my dad asked me to try AyurYoga. I joined AyurYoga; it changed my perspective of what is Yoga. The abdomen exercises and Kriyas have reduced my pain to a great extent and it’s just a matter of time before it disappears. AyurYoga also helped me stay fit and healthy with exercises for the body and mind."

"I joined AyurYoga classes and initially found it difficult to adjust to the process. Gradually, specifically tailored yogic practices brought immense relief to my mind and body. Through regular practice I lost 16 Kilograms in a span of five months. There were gradual and periodic alterations made to the diet and lifestyle and I felt healed and stronger. Physically I felt fitter and healthier, mentally prepared for life and its challenges, emotionally steady and clear, spiritually on a quest to know more. Meditation is another experience which allowed me to witness myself and work on the inappropriate impressions in the mind. I started assisting my teacher in the AyurYoga classes. It was greatly satisfying to see many students finding calm, inner peace and positive health through the holistic approach of Ayuryoga. I am grateful to my teacher for guiding me through this journey and inspiring me to become a teacher."

"I have been attending classes with AyurYoga for the past 6 months and have found it to be immensely healing and curative. I am suffering from Sciatica and was diagnosed with this condition about a year and half ago. Being an avid exercise-junkie, I found it that the instruction, “no exercise”, a big threat to my physical and mental health. From the time I have started in Ayuryoga; I have known that my fitness regime has been fulfilled, both physically & mentally. The Sciatica pain is a distant memory now. My body and mind are relaxed, relieved and happy; and my energy levels have drastically improved. I am able to handle stress better today. I am extremely happy to confirm that there is a lot of attention to individual needs in Ayuryoga which I believe is extremely critical for the success of any treatment and exercise regime. One of the best parts of the classes is the immediate identification of any discomfort in any of the students and offering immediate relieving practices that can be easily executed even at work. In addition, to the practices, I was suggested a diet comprising of fruits, salads and vegetables which furthered the cause and accelerated the improvement process. Overall, I have experienced a very holistic development and alleviation of pain and stress."

"I joined AyurYoga in my 5th month of pregnancy. It was difficult at first as I had stopped yoga practice since college. I was also suffering from a shoulder injury which restricted my movements. The instructors at AyurYoga helped me start slowly at my own pace. According to my condition they designed a program which helped me do the practices at a relaxed pace without causing further problems. In pregnancy every month brings in new changes in the body and the mind; the practices were tailored accordingly so I did not have to face any difficulties. I had gained the required weight during pregnancy. I benefited immensely through the various practices. The AyurYoga practices for pregnancy were useful for stress control, relaxation and helped me to handle the changes in the body during pregnancy. The exercises done for my arm after shoulder injury helped in flexibility. I am having no shoulder pain now and I stopped taking pain killers. Compared to my friends I was more active and relaxed during my pregnancy and enjoyed it to the fullest. I delivered a baby this month without any complications. I am planning to continue the classes with AyurYoga after few months as I found the exercises to be beneficial. I would like to thank AyurYoga’s instructors for the help and support shown to me during the most important time in my life."
