Overview

I have been teaching Yoga, Naturopathy, and Food & Nutrition to people for a long time, much beyond what I had initially imagined.
I have conducted Yoga training as part of the “Karmyogi” programs for various Government institutes.

On the very first International Day of Yoga, 21th June 2015, at the birthplace of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, in Vadnagar, yoga sessions were organized at several places. One of the main venues was the historical Sharmishtha Lake, where Shri Narendra Modi ji used to walk during his childhood days in Vadnagar. On that day, I had the privilege of managing all the Yoga sessions across Vadnagar city and personally conducting the Yoga class at Sharmishtha Lake.

I have also taught Yoga to senior government officers – Class I and Class II officials – at the Secretariat Training Centre, other government training centres, and even by visiting them at their residences.

I possess a deep knowledge of Patanjali Yoga Sutra as well as Hatha Yoga.
I can proficiently teach all the Yogic Shatkarmas – Neti, Dhauti, Basti, Vaman, Nauli, and Kapalabhati.
I have guided countless seekers through Shankha Prakshalana (the yogic cleansing process).

I have a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
I hold vast knowledge of how Yoga can be used to remove diseases and how it benefits each and every system of the body.

Regarding Natural Science (Naturopathy), I have expertise in the twelve types of natural treatments and can practically guide people through them.

In Food & Nutrition, I am able to plan and guide Yoga practitioners about the kind of diet most suitable for them. By combining the principles of Yoga, Naturopathy, and Nutrition, I can help seekers overcome illnesses, mental or physical challenges, and guide them towards spiritual growth.

In short, I possess the ability to teach the “Art of Living a Healthy and Balanced Life.”

I also hold authentic and verifiable certificates for all the above qualifications.

Teaching Experience in detail in Meditation classes

I specialize in guiding seekers into deep meditation (Pranava Dhyana – Om Meditation) combined with psychophysical cleansing (Shatkarma practices). In my experience, a practitioner achieves the best results in meditation only after inner and outer purification. Over the last 20 years, I have successfully conducted meditation camps at various service ashrams and institutions. Before beginning meditation sessions, participants were introduced to selected Shatkarma cleansing techniques, which helped them enter meditation with clarity and stability. While my primary focus is on Meditation (70%), I also integrate Shauch Kriyas (30%) to prepare the body–mind system. This balanced approach allows seekers to experience meditation more deeply and effectively. With a blend of meditation training and yogic purification practices, I help students achieve physical health, mental calmness, and spiritual growth.

The best yoga teacher training is the one where a sincere student can clearly understand what is being taught. It should not be limited to lectures, but the teacher must also demonstrate the knowledge through practical experiments.

A true yoga teacher training should include:

  • Clear explanation of yoga with proper scriptural references.
  • Practical demonstrations showing how that knowledge is useful in daily life.

For example, in Pranayama:

  • Normally, a person breathes about 20 times per minute.
  • Each breath fills both lungs with about 600 grams of air, which makes it around 8 liters per minute.
  • With regular practice of Anulom Vilom Pranayama, the breathing rate can reduce to about 4 breaths per minute.
  • In this case, each breath can expand the lungs to take in more than 7 liters of air, making it around 28 liters per minute.

Air contains about 21% oxygen.

  • In normal breathing, the body absorbs about 2% oxygen.
  • Through Anulom Vilom, the oxygen absorption can increase to about 8% per breath.

Thus, with less effort, the body receives more oxygen.
Such clear, practical, and scientific explanations along with practice make the training a truly best yoga teacher training.

Kapalabhati is not a Pranayama, but according to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika it is one of the Shatkarma (six cleansing practices).
Pranayama involves three processes – Puraka (inhalation), Rechaka (exhalation), and Kumbhaka (retention).
In Kapalabhati only Rechaka (forceful exhalation) is performed, while Puraka happens naturally and effortlessly. Therefore, it cannot be called Pranayama.

In Patanjali Yoga Sutra (Sadhana Pada, 2.29), Ashtanga Yoga is described, where Shaucha is mentioned as part of the Niyamas.
Kapalabhati is not directly mentioned in Patanjali’s text.

However, in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika (Second Chapter, verses 2.35–2.37), Kapalabhati is clearly explained.
It is classified as a Shatkarma, especially praised for removing excess phlegm (Kapha dosha) and for purifying and energizing the brain.

This practice helps expel dust, pollution, and fine nano-particles accumulated in the lungs.
Thus, Kapalabhati is a cleansing practice (Shuddhi Kriya) that plays an essential role in keeping the body pure, light, and healthy.
