My life is deeply rooted in yoga and natural living.
Today, I wish to share a special realization with you —
🧘♂️ No disease can stay with me.
Because my lifestyle is built upon discipline, devotion, and yogic practices.
🌸 My Daily Yogic Routine 🌸
🚶♂️ Morning walk of 5 kilometers (about 12 minutes per km)
🔥 30 minutes of Kapalabhati
🌬️ 30 minutes of Nadi Shodhana
🧘♂️ Asanas, Headstand (Shirshasana), and Uddvakarana Mudra
🌿 Pure, simple and satvik diet
👉 The effect of this routine is such that my body sweats out completely, energy becomes powerful, and no disease dares to come near me.
🟣 My Approach Towards Disease 🟣
✨ Even if illness comes, it gets frightened because:
It has to walk with me 🚶♂️
It has to breathe with me 🌬️
It has to do asanas with me 🧘♂️
It has to bear the sweat 💧
And in the end, I simply drown it into my Pranayama.

Not a life of fear from disease,
but a yogic life that conquers disease — that is the true life.
When the body is active, the mind is calm, and the breath is balanced,
then no illness can survive within.
