ગર્ભાવસ્થા એ સ્ત્રીના જીવનનો અત્યંત પવિત્ર અને સંવેદનશીલ સમય છે. આ સમય દરમિયાન માતાનું દરેક વિચારો, ભાવનાઓ અને ક્રિયાઓ ગર્ભમાં રહેલા શિશુ પર સીધો પ્રભાવ પાડે છે. તેથી જ ગર્ભાવસ્થા દરમિયાન યોગ, સંસ્કાર અને સાત્વિક જીવનશૈલી અપનાવવી અત્યંત આવશ્યક છે.

ગર્ભના સંસ્કાર

સૌથી પ્રથમ ગર્ભ સંસ્કાર કરવો જોઈએ.

ગર્ભ સંસ્કાર એટલે ગર્ભસ્થ શિશુને સારા વિચારો, સારા સંસ્કારો અને દિવ્ય ઉર્જાથી પરિપૂર્ણ બનાવવાની પદ્ધતિ.

તેમાં પ્રાર્થના, મંત્રોચ્ચાર, સાત્વિક આહાર અને યોગિક ક્રિયાઓનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

પાંચ તત્વોની સમતુલા

ગર્ભસ્થ શિશુને જળ, પૃથ્વી, આકાશ, વાયુ અને અગ્નિ – આ પાંચ તત્વો સંતુલિત પ્રમાણમાં મળે તે જરૂરી છે.

માતાએ યોગિક ક્રિયાઓ અને પ્રાર્થનાઓ દ્વારા આ તત્વોની પૂર્તિ કરવી જોઈએ.

આહાર અને જીવનશૈલી

ગર્ભાવસ્થામાં માતાના શરીરમાં વાત, પિત્ત અને કફ – આ ત્રિદોષનું સંતુલન જાળવવું આવશ્યક છે.

ઘણીવાર ગર્ભાવસ્થામાં બ્લડ પ્રેશર વધતું હોય છે, અને વાયુ પણ વધે છે.
તેથી યોગ અને આહાર દ્વારા તેને નિયંત્રિત કરવું જોઈએ.

સાત્વિક, તાજું અને પૌષ્ટિક આહાર માતા અને ગર્ભસ્થ શિશુ માટે શ્રેષ્ઠ છે.

કુદરતી ડિલિવરી માટે તૈયારી

આજકાલ મોટેભાગે ડિલિવરી ઓપરેશન (C-section) દ્વારા થાય છે.

પરંતુ નિયમિત યોગિક ક્રિયાઓ અને ખાસ કરીને પેલ્વિક વિસ્તારને લવચીક બનાવતી આસનો દ્વારા કુદરતી ડિલિવરી સરળ બની શકે છે.

આથી માતા અને શિશુ બંને માટે સુરક્ષિત પ્રસવ શક્ય બને છે.

કુદરતી ક્રિયાઓનું મહત્વ

ગર્ભાવસ્થા દરમિયાન માતાની દરેક ક્રિયા શક્ય તેટલી કુદરતી રીતે થવી જોઈએ.

જેથી ગર્ભસ્થ શિશુ પર કોઈ તણાવ કે દબાણ ન પડે.

આ રીતે જન્મેલું બાળક માત્ર તંદુરસ્ત જ નહીં, પણ સંસ્કારી અને શાંત સ્વભાવવાળું પણ બને છે.

શીખવાનો સાચો માર્ગ

આ બધી ક્રિયાઓ માત્ર પુસ્તકો કે ઑનલાઇન ક્લાસથી શીખી શકાતી નથી.

જેમ કે ગંગાનો દર્શન ટીવી પર થઈ શકે છે, પરંતુ ગંગાના જળનો આચમન ટીવી પરથી શક્ય નથી.

તેમ જ ગર્ભ સંસ્કાર અને ગર્ભાવસ્થાનો યોગ રૂબરૂ માર્ગદર્શનથી જ શીખી શકાય.

સાચા ગુરુજી પાસેથી પ્રતિક્ષ્ય શીખવાથી જ માતા અને શિશુને તેનો પૂર્ણ લાભ મળે છે.

ગર્ભાવસ્થા એ માત્ર બાળકના જન્મની પ્રક્રિયા નથી, પરંતુ સંસ્કારી, તંદુરસ્ત અને દિવ્ય જીવનના બીજ વાવવાની પવિત્ર પ્રક્રિયા છે.
યોગ, સાત્વિક આહાર અને ગર્ભ સંસ્કાર દ્વારા માતા પોતાના ગર્ભસ્થ શિશુને સર્વોત્તમ ભેટ આપી શકે છે.

 


गर्भावस्था के दौरान योग और संस्कार

दिनकरभाई

गर्भावस्था स्त्री के जीवन का सबसे पवित्र और संवेदनशील समय है। इस अवधि में माता के प्रत्येक विचार, भावनाएँ और क्रियाएँ गर्भ में पल रहे शिशु पर सीधा प्रभाव डालती हैं। इसलिए गर्भावस्था में योग, संस्कार और सात्विक जीवनशैली अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

गर्भ संस्कार

सबसे पहले गर्भ संस्कार करना चाहिए।

गर्भ संस्कार का अर्थ है गर्भस्थ शिशु को अच्छे विचार, उत्तम संस्कार और दिव्य ऊर्जा से परिपूर्ण करना।

इसमें प्रार्थना, मंत्रोच्चार, सात्विक आहार और योगिक क्रियाएँ सम्मिलित हैं।

पाँच तत्वों का संतुलन

गर्भस्थ शिशु को जल, पृथ्वी, आकाश, वायु और अग्नि – ये पाँच तत्व संतुलित मात्रा में मिलना चाहिए।

माता को योगिक क्रियाओं और प्रार्थनाओं से इन तत्वों की पूर्ति करनी चाहिए।

आहार और जीवनशैली

गर्भावस्था में माता के शरीर में वात, पित्त और कफ – इन त्रिदोषों का संतुलन बनाए रखना आवश्यक है।

अक्सर गर्भावस्था में ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ता है और वायु भी अधिक होती है।
इसलिए योग और आहार द्वारा इसका नियंत्रण करना चाहिए।

सात्विक, ताज़ा और पौष्टिक आहार माता और शिशु दोनों के लिए सर्वोत्तम है।

प्राकृतिक प्रसव की तैयारी

आजकल प्रसव प्रायः ऑपरेशन (C-section) से होता है।

परंतु नियमित योगिक क्रियाओं और विशेषकर पेल्विक क्षेत्र को लचीला बनाने वाले आसनों से प्राकृतिक प्रसव की संभावना बढ़ सकती है।

इससे माता और शिशु दोनों सुरक्षित रहते हैं।


प्राकृतिक क्रियाओं का महत्व

गर्भावस्था में माता की प्रत्येक क्रिया यथासंभव प्राकृतिक होनी चाहिए।

ताकि गर्भस्थ शिशु पर कोई दबाव या तनाव न पड़े।

इस प्रकार जन्मा शिशु केवल स्वस्थ ही नहीं, बल्कि संस्कारी और शांत स्वभाव वाला भी बनता है।

सीखने का सही मार्ग

ये सब बातें केवल पुस्तकों या ऑनलाइन क्लास से नहीं सीखी जा सकतीं।

जैसे गंगा का दर्शन टीवी पर हो सकता है, लेकिन गंगा जल का आचमन टीवी से संभव नहीं।

उसी प्रकार गर्भ संस्कार और योग सामने गुरु से प्रत्यक्ष सीखना आवश्यक है।

तभी माता और शिशु को इसका पूर्ण लाभ मिलेगा।

गर्भावस्था केवल बच्चे के जन्म की प्रक्रिया नहीं है, बल्कि संस्कारी, स्वस्थ और दिव्य जीवन के बीज बोने की पवित्र साधना है।
योग, सात्विक आहार और गर्भ संस्कार से माता अपने गर्भस्थ शिशु को सर्वोत्तम उपहार दे सकती है।

Yoga and Sanskar During Pregnancy

Pregnancy is one of the most sacred and sensitive periods in a woman’s life. Every thought, emotion, and action of the mother directly influences the child growing inside her womb. Therefore, during pregnancy, it is essential to follow Yoga, Sanskar, and a Satvik lifestyle.


Garbh Sanskar (Womb Education)

The first step is to perform Garbh Sanskar.

Garbh Sanskar means nurturing the unborn baby with positive thoughts, divine energy, and noble values.

This includes prayers, chanting of mantras, Satvik food, and yogic practices.


Balance of Five Elements

The unborn child needs a balanced supply of the five elements – Water, Earth, Space, Air, and Fire.

The mother can ensure this balance through proper yogic practices and spiritual connection.

Diet and Lifestyle

The mother’s body should maintain balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha (the three doshas).

Often during pregnancy, blood pressure tends to rise, and air element (Vata) also increases.
Hence, it must be managed through diet and yoga.

Fresh, Satvik, and nutritious food is best for both mother and child.

Preparation for Natural Delivery

Nowadays, delivery often happens by operation (C-section).

But with regular yogic practices, especially asanas that make the pelvic region flexible, natural delivery becomes easier.

This ensures safety for both mother and child.


Importance of Natural Practices

During pregnancy, every action of the mother should be as natural as possible.

This avoids stress or pressure on the unborn child.

Such a child is not only healthy but also cultured, peaceful, and divinely blessed.

The Right Way to Learn

These practices cannot be learned only from books or online classes.

Just as one can see the Ganga river on TV, but cannot perform Achaman (sipping holy water) through it,

Similarly, Garbh Sanskar and yogic practices must be learned directly from a Guru in person.

Only then will the mother and child receive the full benefit.

I have been teaching Yoga, Naturopathy, and Food & Nutrition to people for a long time, much beyond what I had initially imagined.
I have conducted Yoga training as part of the “Karmyogi” programs for various Government institutes.

On the very first International Day of Yoga, 15th June 2021, at the birthplace of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, in Vadnagar, yoga sessions were organized at several places. One of the main venues was the historical Sharmishtha Lake, where Shri Narendra Modi ji used to walk during his childhood days in Vadnagar. On that day, I had the privilege of managing all the Yoga sessions across Vadnagar city and personally conducting the Yoga class at Sharmishtha Lake.

I have also taught Yoga to senior government officers – Class I and Class II officials – at the Secretariat Training Centre, other government training centres, and even by visiting them at their residences.

I possess a deep knowledge of Patanjali Yoga Sutra as well as Hatha Yoga.
I can proficiently teach all the Yogic Shatkarmas – Neti, Dhauti, Basti, Vaman, Nauli, and Kapalabhati.
I have guided countless seekers through Shankha Prakshalana (the yogic cleansing process).

I have a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
I hold vast knowledge of how Yoga can be used to remove diseases and how it benefits each and every system of the body.

Regarding Natural Science (Naturopathy), I have expertise in the twelve types of natural treatments and can practically guide people through them.

In Food & Nutrition, I am able to plan and guide Yoga practitioners about the kind of diet most suitable for them. By combining the principles of Yoga, Naturopathy, and Nutrition, I can help seekers overcome illnesses, mental or physical challenges, and guide them towards spiritual growth.

"I am Kirit Asodiya, practicing advocate in Gujarat High Court as well as Session Court at Gandhinagar for last 24 years. In 2023, I met with a cardiac problem in which Doctor had told me that my one of the main artery was 95%blocked, so was tense at that time. Dinakarbhai, who is elder brother of my one of the best friend namely Prayatkar, came to know about my that health problem, soon he visited at my home along with his better half and Prayatkar, heated me very calmly and asked me in detailed about my health problem, After that he had explained me how Yoga can help me to solve my health issue and suggested me to practice Nadi Shodhen Pranayam and also suggested meditation and explained the way meditation. Than, on next day, he came with some Rasayan Churan, Himaj powder and shown how to take it. His polite and harmonious nature played a great role to beat the health issue. Doctor had advised me to go for angioplasty within 10 days when blockage detected but after meeting to Dinakarbhai, I decided not to go for angioplasty and today after almost 2 years, I am doing daily routine as usual and use to go on 6th floor by stairs instead of using an elevator. However, I continued to take allopathic medicine and ayurvedic medicines simultaneously also but I can firmly and fairly say that advice and medicines as well as mental support provided by Dinkarbhai has played a great role in overcoming the health issue.
