While both UPSC and IIT-JEE are highly competitive, UPSC is generally considered tougher due to its vast syllabus, subjective evaluation, unpredictable question patterns, and the need for a deep understanding of diverse subjects, including current affairs.

Both are equally tough but but in my opinion UPSC is high profile job even engineers prefer it after engineering.

Both of them requires special skill which is only suitable for that exam for upsc the exam is more of gaining knowledge in several aspects whereas in IIT jee it is specific technical knowledge. Upsc requires consistency to complete the vast syllabus.In comparison upsc take the tougher side.
