Indeed, UPSC is tougher than IIT JEE, stating the fact that only 0.2% -- 0.4% of the total candidates make it to the final list of the UPSC after the UPSC Results are declared. Whereas, the IIT JEE is an undergrad-level exam with a much higher success rate.
