Manoj, Work on below stated lines 1.Go through the whole syllabus right form prelims till mains. Although syllabus is indicative in nature, also sometimes it become difficult to understand the stated syllabus as you are not accustomed to such terminologies and their meaning and scope. 2. Once you are through with the syllabus, start collecting information as to where you should read from. What is most relevant and what requires basic info. 3. Decide about your optional paper well in advance, based on your background, interest,aptitude and the scoring pattern although it is difficult to access the scoring pattern. 4. Once you are decided and done the above enumerated points, stick to your studies sincerely. Maintain strict discipline and professionalism, while completing the syllabus. Read one book several times rather than reading several book one time. 5. Try to write in your own word whatever you have read, this will improve your presentation skill. 6. There is no substitute to hard work. Once you have decide that you will go for civil services preparation, give your best...you will come out with flying colours. read less

Nothing just search for upsc recent exam syllabus in Google search with the related job posting , usually it has aptitude and reasoning part for the first part exam and the related English and technical syllabus theory for part to exam.
