ONE CAN GO FOR ONLINE COACHING OF UNACADEMY. ALSO , MANY STATE GOVERNMENTS CONDUCT AN ENTRANCE EXAMINATION AND SELECT STUDENTS FOR GUIDANCE AT FREE OF COST OR AMOUNT UPTO 2000 BASED ON CATEGORY TO WHICH ONE BELONGS.

yes samkalp is an ngo which provides free coaching for upsc preparation in mukherjee nagar ,delhi.they also provide you hostel facilities but they have stict rules ,if you cant clear prelims you will have to leave the hostel.there is a similar coaching called Jamia Hamdard,all these coachings have and entrance test which is based on upsc prelims pattern and is mandatory to clear to get admission to these institutes. read less
