I think you should go to delhi or you can import notes from delhi for all 3 papers. Or you can online order notes and old papers believe me self study is Best .

Will clearing UGC net be difficult?
Yes its is difficult as out of 5 lakh aspirants around 25,000 clear UGC NET every 6 months. But with due preparation and consistency you can surely clear the exam. I qualified my UGC NET Exam with Economics subject in June 2014.
