Can I give the UGC NET exam in both June and December?

Yes you can but you have to apply both times. You can give exam upto age limit 30 and for women, age limit is 35.

Since you have done PG and interested on job you may start teaching in any of the Engineering colleges and register for Ph.D also as an external candidate. You should also write UGC NET exam in your field

Yes M.Tech IT is eligible. UGC net is basic qualification of A.P as per UGC norm in Science.
