I am new to this site..basically I am engineering graduate, and have 3yrs exp working as a software engineer in a MNC. I just completed my master's in HR through online mode. Am I eligible for writing NET. Is Phd necessary after clearing UGC NET?
No its not..But if u r employed in some college as a lecturer...then u can simultaneously do ur phd...there is a available format to that also......
