It will, in most cases, just make you sound like a nerd and the listener would miss the point. So, to answer your question, I would say, not grammar or the rules of grammar but your grammatical correctness would be more important and believe it or not, that can be achieved WITHOUT studying grammar :) read less

Grammar will help learn the syntax of a language. How to construct sentences etc. Vocabulary is the words in the language. You will need to better your vocabulary and use the grammar learnt to speak or write perfect English.

Well simply put, Grammar is the set of rules that words have to follow to make meaning, while vocabulary is the very collection of words which are meant to follow these rules. So , Grammar and Vocabulary are intertwined with each other and have little importance without the other.

I joined spoken English classes eight times group classes and private classes but no improvement I am failed.
First of all its not your failure, secondly there could be plenty of reasons. I personally highly recommend one to one coaching under proper guidance. Remember if you can write, you can speak as well.
