To improve your spoken language,first of all you should read a lot which includes your interest so that voacabulary is increased.Try speaking among your friends ,in the college/school answer the quesions asked in the class and be interactive which will develop your speaking skills.

Reading aloud is the best exercise to improve your spoken English. You should hear each word clearly while reading. Each word is composed of one or more syllables and you should pronounce each syllables clearly. Do this exercise religiously for one month and you will feel an improvement.
