You need to first learn to improve your vocabulary, grammar and sentence formation. The next step is to have a lot of practice on listening, writing and conversation exercises. If you do this with focus, you will be able to see substantial improvement in about 4 to 6 months

I am a mechanical engineer, and I learned hardcore coding with time. Now a few tips which I used to develop my English communication:- 1. Start reading. Start reading anything you like. I started with politics. Start with the easiest newspaper or magazine. Don't directly jump into "The Hindu". 2. Build your vocabulary. It is essential. People start writing every word they think will appear " Cool" in the eyes of society. NEVER do this. I can help you with more tips and tricks to develop a sound way of communicating in English.
