You should be polite as well as confident when you are speaking with the client over a phone. You should sound convincing that you know your job very well and the client need not worry about anything here on wards.

Be polite. Speak correct English. No colloquialisms. Be brief and to the point. Don't anticipate. Listen to what he has to say and answer his query promptly. Also, it is a good idea to present the client with an alternate solution if the current one is not viable or practical. That should do in most...

You must listen to your client very carefully and note down the main point of conversation so that you can answer in a systematic way. You should follow the formal language with clear and audible voice.

It depends upon the subject you are talking. Please let me know the subject and who is the client.

Just remember that your client need your help, not your all experiences. If you are success in that what your client required, i think you are success in the job and path you are used. Best of luck.

Hi sandeep, while you start the conversation greet the client in first place. You may ask some general question like if he/she was doing well. Also if you have know your client for quite a some time you can ask him/her about some comfortable questions may be like a match before night or his/her son or daughter. The idea is to make your client comfortable and create a healthy environment for discussion and business too. An important point yi keep in mind is to understand the culture your client belongs to. For e.g if your client is from US ,better don't ask personal questions like about his wife but in case the client is from UK, you may ask him about his son .. The baseline is that all relations develop over a period of time,so don't rush for things and don't make a delebrate effort to make client comfortable by asking too many or off-track questions. The more you understand your client that more you win your client! Be happy and enjoy your interaction with the client. I hope this helps you. Good luck! read less

Communicative skills are very important. Communicating properly on the phone is especially important, as the person you are speaking to cannot see your facial movement or your body language. They rely completely on what you are saying, and how you are speaking, to understand you fully. As well as speaking clearly when talking on the phone, it is vital to use the right level of formality. If you are too formal, people might find it difficult to feel comfortable when talking to you. If you are too informal, they might think you are being rude. Generally speaking, when you are calling in a business context (making calls related to employment, finances, law, health or applications of any sort), you should show politeness by using words like: - could - would - can - may These are the few basic examples to improve your telephonic conversation. read less

He is a coward... is the right one since you have used "who", the subject is supposed to be "he". Only if you have used "which" then the subject becomes "it"
