All that you have to do is talk in English as much as possible. Its always better to have a friend who doesn't know how to talk in your language so that you can communicate only in English with him/her. Next try watching English movies with subtitles and then you can also read story books or magazines which have very easily understandable English. Remember that there are many people who started their carrier with such difficulties but when you actually have will and interest to learn situations will teach you. GOOD LUCK read less

English is just a language dear, nobody speaks anything right out of mother's womb, so everything is acquired, it's like assembling a fresh personal computer, you have to install all required apps and programs to make it work the best; so language is a similar one; now that you have identified your problem, read simple English books like Reader's Digest first, then progress to News Papers or simple novels, and also watch Eng movies with subtitles; at first all these things will be like aliens to you, you will not understand anything, but as times goes on, you will start getting comfortable and your language will improve. The point to note here is most of the people QUIT at the initial phase where they won't understand anything thinking that it is going to be like that forever, NO THAT THOUGHT IS WRONG... if you persist you will succeed....THERE IS NO GAIN WITHOUT PAIN... read less
