To develop your own pronunciation, you need to pronounce a syllable like it ideally should which is very different from how an average Indian speaks. e.g. Notice that the r, d and t are softer and that there is a greater stress on pronouncing a vowel correctly. I think you mean "Native" not negative. Well you have to first be a good English speaker and then you may need some accent training. A little bit of advise here - you should look at "accent neutralization" rather than trying to get a foreign accent.
