The function of spoken English is to communicate. Standardization of spoken English or any other language is not possible. Structure, Grammar, idioms , phrases and use of poetic devices are standardized in written English. Thanks,🕉️

No actually it's just we say that standard English as being a language no language has their standard form but the way of speaking can be in standard form
