The conductor of the course must be a master of the language. He must have well thought out plan for each individual learner. If it is a group class still individual attention has to be bestowed on those who need.

If your focus is more on verbal communicative English then you need to follow a model which is not followed by many of the renowned English Spoken Institutes. The training methodology is very different for Verbal and Written English. If you stress more on Grammar in Verbal English it might not be effective. Rather you need to create a model which allows you to interact with your trainees and provide them with a platform where in they try to speak in English and hence build up their confidence.
