I am a HR professional with 5 years of experience. I want to pursue SAP. Can anyone suggest if I can do SAP Successfactors without SAP HCM ?

Successfactor is independent of SAP HCM. You can go with prior knowledge SAP HCM.

Hi All, I have completed MBA F&M and SAP MM Consultant level training ,5 yrs working experince into SAP MM End user in MNC pune but there is no job for SAP MM Fresher and sap mm end user.
Please suggest to another  Non - SAP Course or what should i do next?
You can stick to that or you want you could move to Office 365. This is a demanding course and you will get offer if you have good communication skill. Initially you will get 20K approx. Once you switch you will get 5/6 L /A.
