Hi I have 7+ years of experience into recruitment. I am interested to learn Success-factor and change my domain. Can i change at this point in my career and will I get job post my course and certification?

Once you move to managerial, better focus on management like certification in leadership/ influence/ negotiation/OR from A school which is readily available both online or residential. read less

Yes. But You need to learn HR process in a typical organisation. That is-Recruitment, Development, Training, Selection, Payroll etc. Same you can process through SAP Success Factors (Hana based in Cloud) HR Sstem. As you have some experience in HR domain you can get job relatively faster.

Yes, you can move to SAP. There are some companies which hire candidates with domain knowledge. I suggest you to first take the training with your current job and then try to get job by applying in different companies like HCL , TCS, IBM.
