Yes if you want to keep your self in momentum, certifications/licenses do need till you are in tactical part. Once you move to managerial, better focus on management like certification in leadership/ influence/ negotiation/OR from A school which is readily available both online or residential.

Hi, Hana is a Data base platform where as Fiori is an App library. So if you are technically strong plan for Technical modules. Or else go for Functional like s/4 hana simple logistics, finance, sap hcm, successfactor, etc.
