Once you move to managerial, better focus on management like certification in leadership/ influence/ negotiation/OR from A school which is readily available both online or residential. read less

Yes. But You need to learn HR process in a typical organisation. That is-Recruitment, Development, Training, Selection, Payroll etc. Same you can process through SAP Success Factors (Hana based in Cloud) HR Sstem. As you have some experience in HR domain you can get job relatively faster.

Yes, you can move to SAP. There are some companies which hire candidates with domain knowledge. I suggest you to first take the training with your current job and then try to get job by applying in different companies like HCL , TCS, IBM.

Sure You can, SAP SF is best for HR Processes. Also, it has various Sub module certifications, so you can do an SF Recruitment Certification, considering your experience. And along with it, you can do other certifications also.
