Just talk in English without making any grammatical error and use some vocabulary while talking to them. Fluency will come automatically when you talk regularly.

Start Watching English series like GOT, VAMPIRE DIARIES, TRAVELLERS, PRISON BREAK etc. This will caught your attention and in the process you will learn alot. A part from that try communicating with yourself while looking into the mirror. This will help you a lot.
