With 10 years of experience teaching yoga, I have provided personal training and conducted classes both online and offline. I have also taught DYed (Diploma in Yoga Education) courses at YCMOU. My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, a Diploma in Yoga Education, a Diploma in Medical Yoga Therapy, and a Diploma in Alternative Medicine, and I am currently pursuing an MA in Yoga.
I am skilful as a yoga therapist. I can tailor practices to meet individual physical and mental health needs, promoting holistic well-being. Meanwhile, I have a yoga teacher's essential skill, to guide students effectively, ensuring safety, and clarity, and fostering mindfulness, flexibility, and self-awareness in their practice.
