I have been organizing and delivering training programmes in various subjects. Despite these programmes, I have been practising yoga and meditation regularly and have delivered more than 225 programmes on Stress Management and also conducted many Yoga, Pranayam and Life Style Management Programmes ( covered more than 5000 Nos). Programmes on Supervisory skills and Leadership Development are my favorites. I strongly believe in experiential learning and learning through interactions, Group / individual assignments. In every session I learn something new. PowerPoint presentations, Case Studies, Individual / Group Exercises and Audio/video Clippings are the means I use for sessions. I make participants to relate and experience the knowledge they gain through sessions.

My Centtre has been founded by Manasi. Manasi had a fascination towards Occult Sciences and Fine Art since her early childhood. She began to learn the art of Palmistry and Numerology at the age of ten. Subsequently, she began the study of Psychology, Graphology, Face Reading and Body Language. She has been practicing Yoga and Pranayaam since the age of fourteen, followed by Vipassana and The magic of touch Reiki. Manasi has been doing research in the field of Past Life Regression and Healing and Connecting to Your Creativity Through Painting and Other Art Forms, for the last one decade. She developed an interest in this topic due to her experiences through dreams and during Reiki sessions, with many Masters and enlightened souls and through Painting. She studied, experienced and realized that healing methods like Meditation, Past-Life Regression Rebirthing Process, Inner-Child Work and Expression Through Art have the power to effectively resolve emotional and physical problems and discover inner peace. It helps reach the core and find the true self.
