Prakash Gosavi

I am an AYUSH-certified Yoga Instructor and a certified Yoga Instructor from SVYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana), with a strong passion for promoting yoga as a holistic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. I am also a National-level Yoga Player, which has strengthened my discipline, dedication, and practical understanding of yoga.

I have experience teaching a wide range of yoga practices, including various Asanas, Pranayama, meditation, and yogic cleansing techniques (Shatkarma). I focus on teaching yoga with proper alignment, breathing, technique, and awareness, while adapting practices according to individual needs and abilities.

My goal is to help students build strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and inner well-being through authentic and practical yoga practices. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I aim to make every session safe, effective, and meaningful.
