Corporate Employee turned Yoga Trainer. From exploring the Corporate World for 8 years after doing an MBA in Marketing, to becoming a Yoga Trainer, my journey till now has been very Experiential. I have been practicing Yoga from the age of 10 and have trained under teachers from Prestigious Schools of YOGA like Bihar School Of Yoga and Iyenger Yoga. Having been exposed to Yoga from am early age, I experienced the benefits and importance of a Yogic life. Being in the Corporate world I was not able to take out enough time for my practice. I wanted YOGA to be a Way of Life for me. So, I decided to pursue Formal Education and did a Course from India's Oldest YOGA Institution, "Kaivalyadham Lonavala". I was selected during the Course by India's Largest Health & Fitness Company Cult Fit and have been conducting classes in Pune. I have Conducted 1000+ Classes both Online and Offline at Cult Centres in Pune and Gurgaon. Having taken a conscious decision of following my passion and making YOGA a part of my lifestyle, I would like to create an impact through my classes in your Personal and Professional Lives and help you achieve your Physical and Mental Goals.
