Hello all, I'm an instructional designer by profession. I completed my graduation and post graduation in journalism and mass communication, specialising in journalism. It's been 10 months I've joined a company through college placement. I used to tutor kids back in my graduation days. Since there knowledge and studies are in growing age , teachers should not make a strictness at this age as this can lead them to hatred towards studies and educational and this can mislead them.
