I Work as a Choreographer for 8 years now. I am specialized in Sangeet Choregraphy, Garba Dandiya Workshop, basic contemporary, Bollywood dance, Folk Dance. I can take online classes on zoom meeting/ whatsapp video call/ Google meet etc.

Teaching gave me a deeper understanding of my technique, a new understanding of how dancers learn, and an unparalleled sense of fulfillment. Time management, conflict resolution, psychology, studio management, theater tech, and cat herding are all part of the job. Here are a few of the lessons I learned.

I have passed from renowned Ananda Shankar Centre For Performing Arts with distinction acquiring 87 percent. I have been bestowed with a scholarship class of One month in London prestigious Place University.I am trained in Kathak,Uday Shankar style,contemporary,various western forms like Jazz,Afro an othe Latin forms.After that I have worked there as troupe member with Tanusree Shankar dance company. Although being a an IT professional I followed my passion and started my own school in Kolkata and continued classes in Bangalore,Ireland and Pune too.I have started online classes also since last 4 years which has become the new normal in post corona times. People irrespective of dancer or not and age are welcome to my classes.I also do choreography for different shows and events and perform as well.I have experience of 10 years as a dance teacher and choreographer in creative form,fusion,freestyle,contemporary,Afro contemporary,Jive,folk.I have also done choreography and teaching in Ireland.I also Zumba and aerobics for fitness classes.

Played a lead role in play "Vitha" by hindustan theatre (feb 2014- june 2017) Vithabai narayangaokar was a tamasha artist and a story is based on her life experience. 4. Played a lead role in a play "Phera" by tandav (feb 2016) 5. Played a lead role in a short film "Aagyamohal" directed by pradeep bhadale. (may 2017) 6. Played one of the lead roles in a play "Room 507". (august 2017) 7. Won 1st award as a singer actress n vodafone rangasangeet by ajay and atul. 8. Won consolation award for acting in firodiya karandak. 9. Won lakshavedi abhinetri (best actress) in pune natyasattak. 10. Small experiences in front of screen for some college projects. 11. I am an aspiring professional dancer and am versatile in various dance styles. I teach classical dance styles as well as open style choreography & western dance. I have learnt Bharatanatyam for 12+ years in the Kalakshetra gharana. I have completed my Visharad Purna in Bharatnatyam under ABGMV.
