Hello! Deepak, 'too' and 'to' are two different words with different meanings.
'Too' refers to the meaning of 'also', that is in addition to something else.
Example:
The teacher said to the student, " You too should join the football team."
He is a good cricketer. He is a good poet too.
'To' refers to show direction or express the result of some action.
Example: We should study regularly to score good marks in the exam.

Hello! Lokayya, Great Britain and America, both the countries have English as their native language. The native speakers in each of these countries will easily speak their mother tongue irrespective of comparison between the two styles of English.
The non-native English speakers have the liberty to decide which. English they wish to speak.
Of course, British English is popular worldwide because this English is taught in maximum schools, colleges and Universities.
