The non-native English speakers have the liberty to decide which. English they wish to speak. Better in what way?????? Better for us Indians to understand spoken language because accent is clearer for us to follow than American accent. Ethenic, original literary works are all in British English.

If we see grammaticaly the british english is better than American English but american english is easy to learn they don't think about the grammar and stuff. American people only wants to understand their words and emotions no grammar matters .
