I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now you should be learn a new technology then u can switch in new field. in case of Database if u interested then u can learn BASIC OF SQL SERVER n then Advance MS SQL SERVER then u can switch in database like a DBA successfully.
