My name is Ajith Kumar, Am B.tech(2014) passed out and presently working as a US IT Recruiter and thought to change my career into software (development / admin/ testing ) am seeking for some suggestion which technology I need to learn ? Any job after training ? Or where I can get job within 3 months after finishing my training programme- your advises are highly appreciated.

I would suggest you get into testing to get into Software Testing. This is the easiest way to get into software. You can then later move on to become developer depending upon your performance. I would suggest you get into testing to get into Software Testing. This is the easiest way to get into software. You can then later move on to become developer depending upon your performance. In testing get into, Manual or Automation testing. I do teach ETL testing . Also if you are very much leaned towards getting into Software industry only as a developer, then I would suggest start with Informatica .Reasons: Doesn't need any scripting or coding. Minimum basics of SQL is needed. No coding No syntax All the development is done via UI so its as easy as just clicking. This is highly paid and high in demand tool which will never lose its importance over the years. Hope you will be able to decide after this. read less

Since you have been a recruiter and you do not have touch on Softwares.you can learn data warehousing easily. Tools like informatica is very easy to learn. A database with ETL tool has lot of Scope in the market.
