Teaching Experience in detail in Meditation classes
I have been an avid meditator since last 12 years and volunteered and assisted with very senior meditation & yoga teachers. Since the last 2 years I have been teaching meditation and sudarshan kriya (one of the most powerful breathing technique by the Art of Living, researched & recommended by Harvard, AIIMS, Yale, Stanford and many others). I'm passionate about spreading smiles and making lives of people stressfree through meditation and breathing exercises.

Yes it can, depends on the level of criticality of the case. But sudarshan kriya helps a lot with depression, according to studies it helps as good as anti depressants too. But it depends, I'll recommended start doing yoga asanas, meditation and pranayam to prevent depression. In case one has depression, sudarshan kriya and sahaj samadhi is very helpful. You can contact me too for any details, i teach the above mentioned too

Most important thing in yoga is discipline. If you don't have discipline, you'll practice it one day then leave it for next 5 days.but then it won't give you results and you'll say it's not working. That's why most important thing with yoga is it must be practiced daily, to really see it's benefits. Without discipline, no point in practicing yoga

Of course not!! Those who have practiced yoga can vouch for it. Yoga is an ancient science and today US is running after yoga trying to re brand it and claim it as their own- completely showing how important it is. And today even if you Google you'll find plethora of researches on scientific benefits of yoga. So no it's not a pseudo science, but you can only know once you experience it..also yoga is asanas, pranayam and meditation

Good question. Firstly too much of gym can actually make your muscles weak. If you look at all the people who enter gym competitions and work out as their profession, usually their body wears our after 40. So it should be done in moderation only as too much of gymming can impact your nervous system negatively. Whereas yoga not only works on the body but also works on the mind level. Complete yoga includes yoga asanas, pranayam and meditation. Yoga also strengthens the body, you'd have seen there are 90-100+ year old yoga teachers who are still super fit and healthy, that's the magic of yoga :)
