Yoga is the only type of activity which if done correctly will make u feel refreshed and energetic rather than exhausted!

While performing Yoga you should only think about how you are doing the asana. , Is your posture correct and is the Asana affecting the expected part of your body. Your entire focus should be on your posture and breathing pattern.
